UPDATE (7/28/09): New and improved. Edited using a different program so it came out a bit better. There's no longer the smudge in the bottom right hand corner and it has a higher resolution so yays to that. ^^
The dA symbol with a little twist!! The bottom right corner is a little blurry, but it looks clear in the original. I didn't use a scanner because it makes things come out grainy, so I took a picture and edited it from there. Thanks to Victoria ~tinted-evil and Ashley ~snihplod for inspiration. ^^ Tools used: black G2 pen, then my camera to take a picture of it and Paint.NET to edit brightness, contrast and such. Total time taken: 16 hours and thirty minutes, but I have to take out the time when I spent just staring at it... I had started this months ago last year but never got around to finishing it until tonight (1/30). Or last night because I'm submitting it after midnight. No stealing (I don't know if anyone would want to, but just in case...) because I have quite a few ways to identify that it's mine, besides the "Lauren" and chinese character cleary written on the sides. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
